A WebQuest is a learning tool that students can use in which all or most of the information is found online. A WebQuest is a great way for teachers to monitor the research that students are using, keeping them from straying off topic or accessing website containing inappropriate material. For my WebQuest, I chose use 3rd grade science, specifically the solar system as my topic. I found that creating a WebQuest basic enough for a younger grade was difficult. However, I feel that if successfully created, WebQuests can be extremely beneficial to younger ages.
